Adhesives

We are confident that we have something that will meet your needs. Our range covers various types of adhesives, including those approved for coving, high strength and high elongation, as well as simple coving and filleting pastes. These adhesives include coverings, polyester, acrylic, urethane, and methal methacrylate types.

Our Vee-Tek epoxies include rubber-toughened or gel pastes, joiners, adhesives, and grouts. Locally, we manufacture vinyl ester high elongation adhesives and polyester core bonding adhesives. We have a wide variety of adhesives and glues to meet specific manufacturing and processing needs.

Chemicals

We carry a variety of chemicals used in the composites market.

We carry a variety of chemicals used in the composites market such as Acetone, MEK, styrene and wax in styrene solutions, cleaning solvents, thinking solvents and cleaning additives.

We also carry products with specialty additives used in the adjustment of polymers to aid their performance.

Fillers & Extenders

We carry lightweight fillers such as Q-cells, Phenolic Microbaloons and Expander Cells. We also carry thixotropic agents such as Cabosil, and Mineral Talc.

Core Materials

We are an exclusive supplier of Armacell Cores – the worlds leading core manufacturer in PET structural cores.

Available in 50kg – 320kg, Armacell’s patented process technology produces the lowest emissions of CO2 and is type-approved by DNV/GL. Whether it be the marine, transport, or renewable energy industry, these cores fit all requirements.

We also carry a range of core types such as PVC cores in densities of 45kg – 200kg in varying finish requirements such as Honeycomb PPE cores and Urethane cores.

We also supply Spheretext GbmH – Spheretex GmbH in Neuss is a medium-sized enterprise that has been committed to develop and produce laminatable core materials for various kinds of composite applications for 30 years.

The focus is on materials that are easy to use and thus ensure efficient processing of light and durable FRP parts.

The company was named after its very first innovative material development: Sphere.tex. Today Spheretex stands for a large number of worldwide leading high tech composites – Made in Germany.

Epoxies

Our exclusive Vee-Tek range of epoxy resins, adhesives, casting resins and coatings have been locally manufactured here for over 40 years!

Our epoxy range has been developed to meet harsh weathering requirements, allowing them to work in all climates.

We carry a wide range of product types for all applications, from basic to advanced processing. We offer varied working times, viscosity, easy mix ratios, and can tailor to your needs.

Fibres & Reinforcements

Our Protech range of multiaxial is available in biax, double bias, triaxial, quadaxial and uni-direction orientations. We offer cut lengths and tapes services.

All of our multiaxial fabrics have tracers and salvage edges where applicable. Our range is type approved by DNV/GL and we can manufacture custom runs.

We also stock an extensive range of carbon fibre fabrics and uni-direction tapes. We carry specialty weave styles and can manufacture custom runs.

We carry a range of woven E glass cloths in plain weave and stain harness types.

We offer special types of cloths, weaves and fabrics such as Aramids, S and R glass are also available on demand.

Further to our range are our flow mats for close moulding and our CSM mats, gun rovings and continuous.

Gelcoats, Flowcoats & Pigments

Our range of Gelcoats, flowcoats and pigments are specifically formulated to suit specific markets and segments of the industry.

We carry the Scott Bader range of advanced formulations for marine, swimming pools, transport, sanitary ware, and panel manufacture. Scott Bader also specialises in approved FST grades for Civil and Rail.

Our UCCC range is locally manufactured for pool, marine, transport, and industry potable systems.

The NCS range is a proven formulation for pools, potable water, and all other applications.

We use locally manufactured pigments as well as the Scott Bader range to ensure the critical raw materials are incorporated to give you years of performance in chemicals, fade, and wear resistance for your applications.
